Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to play a pivotal role in our organization's project management and technical success. As a Senior TPM, you will bring together a wealth of technical expertise and project management acumen to ensure the seamless execution of projects that align with our business objectives. Join our team, where your skills will be essential in driving innovation, efficiency, and reliability in our software delivery processes.
 

Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
-              Collaborate closely with stakeholders to articulate and define technical requirements and specifications.
-              Lead cross-functional project teams, overseeing technical specialists, developers, and other relevant stakeholders.
-              Delegate tasks, set priorities, and foster effective collaboration among team members.
-              Provide authoritative technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
-              Ensure that technical solutions align with project goals and business requirements.
-              Collaborate with technical leads to make informed decisions on architecture, technologies, and methodologies.
-              Identify and assess technical risks; develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
-              Proactively address technical challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
-              Create and maintain project schedules, monitoring technical milestones and adjusting timelines as needed.
-              Anticipate and address potential technical delays.

Educational Background:
   -           Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (computer science, engineering, etc.).
   -           Additional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technical certifications are often preferred.
Technical Expertise:
   - Strong understanding of technology, software development, and relevant technical domains.
   - Experience with various development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Project Management Skills:
   -           Proven experience in technical project management.
   -           Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Communication Skills:
   -           Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
   -           Ability to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.
Leadership and Team Management:
   -           Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.
   -           Experience in managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
Problem-Solving:
   -           Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
   -           Proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
Adaptability:
   -           Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and technical landscapes.
   -           Flexibility in handling unexpected technical issues.
