Position Overview: 
We're seeking an adept DevOps Engineer, specializing in AWS, to be a pivotal part of our team. As a DevOps Engineer (AWS Architect), you'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure while optimizing CI/CD pipelines. Your role is crucial for ensuring seamless software delivery through the application of AWS services and industry best practices.

- Architect & Maintain Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- CI/CD Pipeline Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to define and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, encompassing continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment.
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Implementation: Utilize AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent tools to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Optimize Application Performance: Utilize AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc., to optimize application performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Automation & Tools Development: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management processes.
- Containerization & Orchestration Management: Implement and manage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for efficient container deployment and management.
- Proactive Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor infrastructure and applications proactively, addressing issues for performance optimization and security enhancement.
- Security Collaboration: Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with best practices and implement robust security measures within the infrastructure.
- Incident Response System: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure timely incident identification and resolution.
- Performance & Cost Analysis: Conduct regular performance and cost analysis, optimizing infrastructure and application resources for efficiency.
- Stay Updated & Recommend Enhancements: Stay abreast of the latest AWS services, tools, and industry trends, providing insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to identify requirements, offer technical guidance, and enhance software delivery processes.
- Documentation & Procedures: Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and future enhancements.

 
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 6+ years' proven experience as a DevOps Engineer focusing on AWS, with successful complex infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline deliveries.
- In-depth expertise in AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, etc.
- Strong proficiency in IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD principles, and networking/security in AWS.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/logging tools like CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate).
